How and what information is collected?

I collect personal information that is sent to me directly – for example, if you order a product from me and give me your information such as your name, email address and shipping address.

How do I use the information about you?

I use the collected information with respect. I only use it to send you requested information, or to process and ship your order, and to deal with possible returns or any unexpected problems concerning your order. I will not share your data or use your information for any other purposes. I will not send emails for marketing purposes unless you have specifically requested such emails.

About storing your information

Your information is stored securely, behind locked doors and password protected devices and accounts, and it can be accessed only by myself. I will store your relevant customer data and our business transaction in my bookkeeping and email archive for 7–10 years, required by legislation. Your information is not shared with third parties, except for my authorized accounting company and (if items are shipped) the postal/logistics company.

Your rights

As the data subject, you have the right to inquire about the stored information of you, to update your data or to delete your personal data from my register. Please contact mail@studiosatsch.com if you have questions or requests concerning your stored data. I will be obligated to delete your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes of maintaining the service or business relationship. However your personal data cannot be deleted from the register if its storage is required by legislation (record of financial transactions).
